2.1 사용자가 제공하거나 선택하는 정보

  • 사용자가 가져오거나 편집하는 사진, 영상, 오디오 및 프로젝트 파일
  • 텍스트, 자막, 스티커, 효과, 필터, 배경 제거 결과, 내보내기 결과물 등 사용자가 생성한 콘텐츠
  • 음성 녹음 기능 사용 시 마이크로 입력되는 오디오
  • 고객지원 문의 시 제공하는 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 첨부 파일, 기기 및 앱 상태 설명
  • 구독 또는 구매 복원 과정에서 처리되는 구매 상태, 상품 ID, entitlement 정보

2.2 앱 사용 중 자동으로 처리되는 정보

  • 앱 실행, 화면 이동, 기능 사용, 내보내기 설정, 광고 시청 여부 등 사용성 분석 정보
  • 크래시, 오류, 성능 문제, 로그, 앱 버전, OS 버전, 기기 모델, 네트워크 상태 등 진단 정보
  • 광고 식별자, 광고 노출/클릭/보상 이벤트, IP 주소, 기기 및 네트워크 정보

2.3 위치 정보

Vidiback은 현재 위치 기반 기능을 제공하지 않으며, 위치 권한을 요청하지 않고 위치 정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 향후 위치 기반 기능을 제공하는 경우 별도 고지와 권한 동의를 통해 처리합니다.

3. 미디어, 얼굴, 음성 및 ML 처리

Vidiback은 영상 편집 앱이므로 사용자가 선택한 사진, 영상, 오디오를 처리합니다. 배경 제거, 세그멘테이션, 자동 자막, 번역, 모션 추적, 필터 또는 효과 기능은 미디어의 시각/음성 정보를 분석할 수 있습니다.

Vidiback은 이러한 정보를 사용자를 식별하기 위한 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 기능에 따라 처리는 기기 내에서 수행되거나, Google ML Kit, Firebase, RevenueCat, AdMob 등 제3자 SDK 또는 서비스와 연동될 수 있습니다. 외부 API 또는 클라우드 처리가 필요한 기능을 출시하는 경우, 해당 제공자와 전송되는 데이터 범위를 본 방침 또는 별도 고지에 반영합니다.

4. 정보 이용 목적

Vidiback은 정보를 다음 목적으로 이용합니다.

  • 미디어 가져오기, 편집, 저장, 복원, 내보내기 기능 제공
  • 자동 자막, 번역, 배경 제거, 모션 추적, 필터, 효과, 전환, 오디오 편집 기능 제공

5. 기기 권한

Vidiback은 다음 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다.

  • 오디오 접근 권한: 오디오 파일을 가져오고 편집하기 위해 사용합니다.

Vidiback은 앱 제공을 위해 다음 제3자 SDK 또는 서비스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

  • Google AdMob: 광고 표시 및 광고 성과 측정

8. 사용자 선택권

9. 保管期間

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Vidiback mobile application, website, customer support, and related services provided by Mogrevix. By using Vidiback, information may be collected, used, stored, transferred, disclosed, or otherwise processed as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should stop using the app.

This Policy forms part of the Vidiback Terms of Service. If a feature provides a separate notice or permission prompt, that notice also applies.

2. Information We Collect or Process

Vidiback may process information you provide directly and information generated automatically while using the app.

2.1 Information You Provide or Select

  • Photos, videos, audio files, and project files that you import or edit
  • User-created content such as text, captions, stickers, effects, filters, background removal results, and exported files
  • Audio recorded through the microphone when you use recording features
  • Email address, support messages, attachments, and device/app status details you provide for customer support
  • Purchase status, product IDs, and entitlement information processed for subscriptions or purchase restoration

2.2 Information Processed Automatically

  • Usage analytics such as app launches, screen views, feature usage, export settings, and rewarded ad events
  • Crash reports, errors, performance information, logs, app version, OS version, device model, and network status
  • Advertising ID, ad impressions/clicks/reward events, IP address, and device or network information
  • Project thumbnails, caches, proxy files, downscaled files, and temporary rendering files
  • Analysis results and temporary files generated for captions, translation, background removal, segmentation, motion tracking, and other ML features

2.3 Location Information

Vidiback currently does not provide location-based features, does not request location permission, and does not intentionally collect location information. If location-based features are introduced in the future, we will provide notice and request permission where required.

3. Media, Face, Voice, and ML Processing

Vidiback is a video editing app and processes photos, videos, and audio selected by the user. Background removal, segmentation, captions, translation, motion tracking, filters, or effects may analyze visual or voice information in the media.

Vidiback does not use this information to identify a specific person. Depending on the feature, processing may occur on the device or through third-party SDKs or services such as Google ML Kit, Firebase, RevenueCat, or AdMob. If a feature requires an external API or cloud processing, the relevant provider and data categories will be reflected in this Policy or in a separate notice.

4. How We Use Information

Vidiback uses information to:

  • Import, edit, save, restore, and export media
  • Provide captions, translation, background removal, motion tracking, filters, effects, transitions, and audio editing
  • Manage project lists, thumbnails, caches, proxy files, and downscaled files
  • Analyze crashes, fix errors, and improve stability and performance
  • Understand usage, improve features, and manage product quality
  • Show ads, process rewarded ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse
  • Verify subscriptions, provide premium features, and restore purchases
  • Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, and send service-related notices
  • Protect security, prevent fraud, protect rights, and resolve disputes
  • Comply with laws, store policies, and regulatory obligations

5. Device Permissions

Vidiback may request the following permissions:

  • Photos and videos: to import and edit user-selected media
  • Audio files: to import and edit audio
  • Microphone: only when you use recording features
  • Storage: to read or save media files on older Android versions
  • Network: for ads, analytics, crash reporting, subscription verification, translation, or external services
  • Foreground service: to reliably perform export or long-running media processing
  • Vibration or notification-related behavior: to provide status updates or user feedback
  • Location: should be removed if no location-based feature is provided. If retained, it must be accurately disclosed in Google Play Data Safety and this Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

Vidiback may use the following third-party SDKs or services:

  • Google Firebase Analytics for usage analytics
  • Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error diagnostics
  • Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement
  • RevenueCat for subscription verification, purchase processing, and entitlement management
  • Google ML Kit and Google Play Services ML Kit for translation, segmentation, or other ML features
  • ONNX Runtime, Sherpa ONNX, LiteRT, and OpenCV for on-device ML or media processing
  • Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google Play Services, and Android system components

These third parties may process information under their own privacy policies. Information may be transmitted to them when using ads, analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, translation, or ML features.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

Vidiback may share or disclose information:

  • With third-party SDKs or service providers needed to provide app functionality
  • With advertising networks, analytics providers, and subscription or payment management providers where necessary
  • When required by law, court order, or government request
  • To address security, fraud, technical issues, or rights protection
  • In connection with a merger, transfer, reorganization, or business transaction
  • When you intentionally use sharing features

Vidiback does not sell the media content you create without your consent.

8. Your Choices

You may control certain processing by:

  • Changing app permissions for photos, videos, audio, or microphone in device settings
  • Limiting personalized ads or advertising ID use in Android settings
  • Deleting projects, caches, or exported files in the app or on the device
  • Uninstalling the app to remove app data stored on the device
  • Contacting customer support to request access, correction, deletion, or assistance

Limiting personalized advertising does not block all ads. Service, payment, security, or support-related communications may still be sent where necessary.

9. Retention

Project files, caches, thumbnails, proxy files, and exported files may remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Support records may be retained as needed to handle inquiries and disputes. Analytics, advertising, crash, and subscription-related information may be retained according to the policies of the relevant third-party providers.

Information may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security investigations, payment settlement, or rights protection.

10. Children's Privacy

Vidiback is not directed to children under 13. Where a higher age threshold applies in your country or region, we follow that threshold. If you believe a child's personal information was collected without guardian consent, contact vidiback.app@gmail.com.

11. International Transfers

Third-party services such as Firebase, AdMob, and RevenueCat may store or process information outside your country. By using the app, you understand that information may be processed in the Republic of Korea, the United States, or other countries.

12. Security

Vidiback uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet transmission, mobile environment, or electronic storage method is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device, accounts, original files, and exported files secure.

13. External Links

The app or website may contain links to third-party websites, stores, ads, payment services, or support services. Those third parties process information under their own policies, and Vidiback does not control their practices.

14. Changes
